Signature TECHNICAir has successfully launched five new mobile service unit (MSU) operations across the United States.
Signature TECHNICAir has successfully launched five new mobile service unit (MSU) operations across the United States. Each is based at a Signature Flight Support location including Teterboro Airport (TEB), Dallas Love Field (DAL), Scottsdale Airport (SDL), Greensboro’s Piedmont Triad International Airport (GSO) and Kansas City’s Charles B. Wheeler Downtown Airport (MKC) complementing three existing operations in the United Kingdom at Bournemouth Airport (BOH), London Biggin Hill Airport (BQH) and London Luton Airport (LTN).

The new vehicles are outfitted with new tooling and staffed with technicians with an average of 25 years of aviation experience. The MSU teams are able to provide AOG, on-call, and light scheduled maintenance when and where customers require service.

A new, dedicated AOG hotline +1 855 737 1112 provides 24/7/365 live access to technical personnel ready to assist with initial troubleshooting, assessment of required resources and logistics, as well as communication of the expected timeline and probable cost of a resolution.

Dean Obr, Vice President of Operations commented, “We are excited to introduce this highly valued service to our customers and to our greater family of operators frequenting Signature Flight Support locations.”  Mark Singer, Director of Mobile Services adds, “Our team’s experience, passion and responsiveness combined with the right resources and processes enables us to rapidly resolve mechanical issues and get the aircraft mission ready again as efficiently as possible.”

Additional locations are underway to further expand the MSU network in the US and Europe.
